The Sites provide information about our services and allow you to book meetings with us, request a free guide, and subscribe to our mailing list. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, our systems, or our networks

• Use any automated means to access or scrape the Sites without our permission
• Use the Sites to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content

02Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, the free guide, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Ethos Ink Media, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download materials we make available (such as the free guide) for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or otherwise exploit our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

03Free Guide and Mailing List

When you provide your information to receive our free guide and join our mailing list, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us at info@ethosinkmedia.com. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

04Meeting Bookings

The Sites allow you to schedule meetings with us through a third-party scheduling service (Calendly). When you book a meeting, you are also subject to that provider’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

05Third-Party Links and Services

The Sites may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide these links and integrations for convenience and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Sites and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethos Ink Media, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

08Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ethos Ink Media, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Sites or your violation of these Terms.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
